Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for handling pre-sale consultations and after-sale feedbacks of products.
2. Responsible for regular telephone follow-up with clients to enhance brand image.
3. Responsible for dealing with complaints and feedbacks to ensure high level of customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

1. Fluent standard Mandarin, with Bachelor degree or above.
2. Friendly and easy-going, with affinity, communication skills and a sense of customer care.
3. Skilled in the use of Word, Excel and other office software.
4. Applicants with relevant experience in steel sales are preferred.
