Responsibilities:
- Responsible for handling pre-sale consultations and after-sale feedbacks of products.
- Responsible for regular telephone follow-up with clients to enhance brand image.
- Responsible for dealing with complaints and feedbacks to ensure high level of customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Fluent standard Mandarin, with Bachelor degree or above.
- Friendly and easy-going, with affinity, communication skills and a sense of customer care.
- Skilled in the use of Word, Excel and other office software.
- Applicants with relevant experience in steel sales are preferred.
